Arranging the deal and completing the legal administrations
You have chosen the property you like. To acquire it you have had to
pay a deposit and sign a preliminary contact. This contract indicates the
amount of deposit and when you are obliged to pay the rest of the sum agreed
for the final property purchase. At same date the deeds are
transferred from the vendor to you. The date depends mostly on how fast you
can make the transfer of the remainder of the funds to your Bulgarian
Bank Account to complete the purchase. You may have to stay more than
two weeks or you may have to return to Bulgaria to finalise the deal. You
can conclude the procedure yourself. By having the preliminary contract
signed, logged in the company registration procedure and authorised by a
