To purchase a property in Bulgaria you  would need a Bulgarian Company which we can open for you.
We will need copy of all shareholders passports, company name, a power of attorney signed in font of Bulgarian Notary in Bulgaria (recommended and less costly) , at   the any  Bulgarian Embassy or Apostiled at specialised solicitors and a fee of EUR600.
The company can be opened in 3 to 6 weeks, meanwhile we will also open a Bulgarian Bank account as well.
You will also require an accountant to prepare your  company's tax returns at the end of the financial year. This is going to cost you about 150 euros depending on the area where you company is opened. When the company is opened in Varna we would also need to rent a address until you purchase a property, there fore we combine both services and hire a accountant who is paid at the beginning of the year and at company incorporation.
