When choosing an apartment you should consider the following:
In new developments such as “MOUNTAIN PARADISE BY THE WALNUT TREES’ the
higher up the apartment the higher the capital growth. An apartment higher up in
the development will have better views and less noise.
Rental prices only differ on the size of the apartment and not necessarily
on the above factors. Provided it is a good size the lower price range
apartments will generate the highest return.
When buying a holiday home it is important to buy a property in a
development with good security and facilities. If you are going to be holidaying
their each year you need to be assured your property is safe and secure.
You may also want to consider buying an apartment away from the swimming pool or
recreational area to cut out the noise.
Reservation
Once you have made a decision on which apartment you wish to purchase the next
stage is to reserve the apartment. The reservation fee for “MOUNTAIN PARADISE BY
THE WALNUT TREES’ is €1000. This needs to be paid to the developer on the date of
reservation and is taken out of the fourth deposit.
The building works have started on 17th of September and the complex will be
completed by July 2007.
