You have chosen the property in Bulgaria you wish to buy.
To acquire it you have to pay a deposit and sign a preliminary
contact. This contract indicates the amount of deposit and when you are
obliged to pay the rest of the sum agreed for the final property purchase.
At same date the deeds are transferred from the vendor to you. The date
depends mostly on how fast you can make the transfer of the remainder of the
funds to your Bulgarian Bank Account to complete the purchase.
You may have to stay more than two weeks if you wish to
conclude the procedure yourself,
or you may have to return to Bulgaria to finalise the deal.
Alternatively ,by having the preliminary contract signed, logged in the
company registration procedure and an authorised solicitor to act on
your behalf in Bulgaria, you can return to the UK and leave all the rest to
us.
