Regular inspection visits

Inspection services on your property in Bulgaria  would cover:

• checking your house or flat  for any damages and if necessary and agreed repairs would be carried out
• checking electric, water and any appliances
• paying of house taxes and
  utility bills. All bills would be E-mailed to customers and payment can be transferred from the UK  or from Bulgarian accounts

Garden maintenance

We will look not only after your house but the garden as well. It includes weeding, mowing, leaves collecting, pruning and fence maintenance.

Pre-arrival cleaning and laundry and changeovers

We would be making sure the house is
thoroughly cleaned and the beds made with clean linen and fresh towels in
place, so the property is ready to be occupied

Meet and greet

When your guests arrive we can meet them, give them keys and to show a friendly face and leave a contact number should they need any help or assistance.

Pre-arrival  refrigerator  stocking

We will stock in the fridge for you any food you require i.e. milk, bacon, eggs, cornflakes, t-bags, coffee, jams, honey, bread etc. to last you  until you  can go to the shops yourself.

Laundry service

Now we can also offer laundry and ironing services to  anyone  staying in Bulgaria.
