Material
preparation (1-2 weeks)
The log houses are built from high quality pine
material. The row pine is turned into logs with 22cm diameter, the
beams than are treated with soaking preparations, in order to
protect the wood from insects, termites, rotten caused by micelles
and the so called blue stain of the wood. |

Foundations
(3-4 week)
By plan every log house has concrete foundation in
order to meet the building requirements and earthquake norms for
the particular region. Only when the concrete foundation is in place
and settled the erecting of the wooden construction can take place. |

Building up of
the house(5-6 week)
The walls are done by crossed beams 22 cm in
diameter. The construction of a log house is 15 times lighter then
the one used in conventional building. That is way this construction
is very appropriate in region where there is a risk of landslides .
The unique sructure of the walls and the insulation between the
beams make the house extremely soundproof. |

Roof
construction (7th week)
The roof is made from wooden stems construction and
is the last stage from the rough building of the log house. |

Water and
electricity (8th week)
The cables are mainly in spaces between the walls
and under the floor. The cables are placed in special double
insulated tubes to comply with the building regulations. The
polypropylene water pipes do not corrode. |

Insulation (9
week)
The
materials and products used for insulation of the houses are from
established companies proved to be the best producers of insulation
materials. This high level insulation makes the house secure and
cosy. |

Roof finishing
and windows (10-11 week)
There is a wide choice for roof finishing. It could
be completed with tiles, slates or other materials in accordance
to the client preferences. The windows are double glassed and up to
the europian standards. |

Finishing
(12-17 week)
Sanding, staining and lacquering in your preferred
colours are the last finishing touches turning the log house in your
dream home. |
