The purpose
built resort of Pamporovo is located in the
Rodopi Mountain south of Plovdiv where the nearest airport is. Most
people realise how close Bulgaria to the Mediterranean Sea is when they
climb the Snezanka Tower (below) and see the sea to the south. |
