 Edeland
Ridge is favourably located in South-western Bulgaria on a 16000
sq. m site. It lies in the outskirts of the Pirin National Park,
cosily sheltered at the fool of Pirin, the most beautiful
mountain in the country with impressive Alpine character and
untouched nature. In the North arise the peaks of Rila - the
highest mountain on the Balkan peninsula.
The splendid estate consists
of four residential buildings with 360 fully furnished luxury
apartments. It includes a four star SPA and Wellness hotel, all
facilities and services preferentially available to the
apartment owners.
The resort is facing the
fabulous state-of-the-art 18 hole golf course designed by one of
the worlds greatest and most experienced golfers, Ian Woosnam.
The resort is only ten minutes
by car from Bansko, voted as Europe's most improved ski resort
by the Great Skiing and Snowboarding Guide 2006, the one with
most sophisticated appliances and longest ski runs in Eastern
Europe.
Edeland Ridge is easily
reachable from abroad - it is two hours away by car from the
international airports of Sofia and Thessaloniki, Greece, direct
flights increasing due to new airlines entering the market and a
local airport planned for the near future.
Edeland Ridge is designed in
the classic Alpine architecture style, making it fit perfectly
in the environment. The steep slope roofs are a natural
extension of the silhouette of the rocky peaks of Pirin. The
stone and wood facings contribute for its organic link with the
surroundings. All the buildings are oriented towards the
incredible panorama of Pirin and Rila mountains. The inner
courtyard is surrounded by a broad natural park with rockeries,
tall pine trees, ponds and a water stream.
Each of the four two-frame
residential buildings has five floors with ample lift and
staircase. The first floors consist mainly of studios with
private yards. The upper floors are arranged with studios and
larger apartments, each of them with a spacious terrace. The
last floors contain duplex apartments with fantastic views. All
housings are with central heating system and the up-to-date
materials and technologies employed in the construction of
walls, insulation and joinery meet the highest standards for
heat and cost effectiveness. Each apartment has a fire-alarm and
extinguishing system and hotel-style upkeep, the revision of
installations maintained from the hallway and valet premises on
