Izvorite
Hotel is situated in a beautiful pinewood in the Chalin valog
area, 1100 m above sea level
and 3 km away from Bansko
– direction Todorka ski complex. The name of the hotel (Izvorite
– the Bulgarian for “springs”) originates from the seven springs
issuing in the close proximity - a vivid landmark in this
region. Next to the hotel lie the ski runs “Chalin valog” and
“Pioneer”.
The hotel is built in 1997
and is now working. It has 2000 m2 overall built-up area and
4800 m2 adjacent land. The price of the hotel is EUR 1,200,000.
There are 21 double rooms and 8 apartments available
all fully
equipped for tri-star plus category. Each room
and apartment is equipped with modern furniture, satellite
television, telephone, radio-cassette player, fridge with
mini-bar, balcony. All bathrooms have bath, shower and WC.
There
is an attractive restaurant revealing amazing panoramic views
with live music available, bar-discotheque, two saunas, massage,
ski-room for ski hire and storage of personal equipment, own
draglift, which is installed on the ski run outside the hotel,
guarded parking lot, barbecue and local security guard.
Bansko
The
town of Bansko is situated nearby the river Glazane (left feeder
of Mesta River) in the north-eastern foot of Pirin, right
bellow the highest and most beautiful part of the mountain. Its
name comes from the old Bulgarian word “ban”, which means
“master”. It is just 160 kilometers away from Sofia and 6
kilometers from Razlog. Bansko has developed into a favorite ski
& snowboard destination, thanks to the excellent ski facilities
combined with the unique architecture and historical
significance.
