Perelik Palace Complex is located between the resort of
Pamporovo (7km) and the new Sports and Tourist Resort Perelik
(3km) which is being built 5 km from the Lakes of Smolyan, in
the vicinity of the holiday vilage Stoykite – situated in the
heart of the Rhodopi Mountain – the home of Orpheus.
The complex is situated 1530m above the sea level offering a
wonderful view to the highest peaks of the Rhodopi Mountain:
Perelik – 2191m; Kuzuyatak 2100m; Snezhanka – 1926m and Orpheus
– 1826m., surrounded by beautiful pine trees and meadows.
Perelik Palace Complex consists of six 3-, 4- and 5-storeyed
blocks connected with each other, forming a secluded green yard
on several levels. The building is constructed in traditional
Rhodopean style. The construction will include plastered walls,
stone and wooden joinery, with thermal insulation of the whole
building, windows with PVC joinery, natural wood color. The roof
is tiled, with hydro-insulation
The building has two indoor and one open-plan lifts, underground
parking lot for 20 cars and 16 parking places.
The total number of apartments is 168, ranging from 25 to 130
sq.m. living area.
