Caesar
Palace is situated very close to Sunny Beach, between St. Vlas
and Elenite resort, on front line, next to sandy beach.
The complex is divided onto two parts, connected each other
under the ground. The first one, Block B, is built into the
rock, reaching the sand beach, and the second one, Block A, - on
the level of the neighbour hotel with connection to the road.
The both blocks have super sea view.
Block B has 5 floors with 38 apartments for sale, each one with
direct access to the sandy beach.
Block A has 5 floors with 23 apartments for sale and hotel part
consisting of 25 double rooms and 3 apartments type maisonette.
All the apartments are fully furnished and equipped.
There is a perfect view of the whole Nessebar gulf, old and new
town of Nessebar from each apartment and room.
The complex has 4 lifts and 2 lifts for room service. It is

The investor just pay annual fee to cover the expenses for the
management and the general support of the complex in the amount
of:
- 8.40 EURO per square meter + VAT, with the following
discounts:
- 7.40 EURO per square meter for each apartment a year + VAT –
with advance payment for three years.
Payment Plan
▪ 1000 Euro reservation fee – within one week from the date of
the reservation of the real estate;
▪ 35 % less reservation fee - within one mouth from the date of
reservation of the real estate;
▪ 30 % within 6 mouths from the date of reservation of the real
estate;
▪ 35 % within 1 year from the date of reservation of the real
estate;
▪ In case of 100 % payment within 15 days after reservation fee
– 2 % discount from the total price.
Design & Furniture
The furniture is made of wood material with high
quality decorated with discreet beech-wood frames. The whole set
is produced with inlaid works of rattan impressing sea
atmosphere of the furniture.
The dining and coffee tables are made of beech-wood material.
The sofa bed and armchair are with modern
appearance and fast damask cloth.
All the furniture is warm walnut colour.
The walls of the apartments are painted of very
light ash of roses, milky version.
The manufacturer of the furniture is leader of
its branch on the Bulgarian Market. It is certified regarding to
European standards guaranteed high quality of the production.
The furniture covers all the requirements of tourist service as
type, size and quality required for a four-stars complex.
The furniture is approved by the main touroperators. |
