The Location:
This residential development is located in the outskirts of Goritsa - a
small peaceful village on the Black Sea coast, situated 45km /28miles/ South
of Varna on the main road connecting Varna and Burgas. It is also 55 km from
the International airport of Varna and 50 km from Burgas airport. It is a
beautiful combination of forest and sea view. You can find all the amenities
in the village like restaurants, bar, shops etc. It is only 4km /2.5miles/
from a very nice sea side town with beautiful beach called Byala. There are
many cafes and restaurants in Byala often with live music, offering
delicious Bulgarian and international meals and drinks. If you are a fan of
the sport entertainment, Byala offers water slide, tennis court, fishing and
a variety of water sports. There are daily mini buses to Varna, Burgas,
Sunny Beach and the ancient historic town of Nessebar. The average summer
temperature is up to 28°C and down to 5°C in the winter. Sea temperature is
up to 28°C in July and August. 5 months of the year are suitable for sun
bathing and swimming in the sea.
The Development:
This luxurious residential development consists of
