Perla Beach
Complex is being built up in the Northern part of Primorsko, about
100 m. from the beach. The neighboring Northern beach of Primorsko
is a reserve territory with unique nature – dunes, plants and birds. The complex
is to be built up on land of 2878 sqm, five floors, built up area of
1050 sqm and overall built up area of 7500 sqm.
In the
basement (elev. –2.70) there are service rooms, bar-pub with 80
seats, billiards, fitness, saunas and massage and one shop. All
these have direct access to the pools outwards. On the same
elevation in the southern part of the land is the underground
parking.
On the
ground floor (elev. 0) is the lobby, restaurant with 311 seats, five
shops and two apartments. The lobby is connected with the inner
garden and pools. In the inner yard there are two pools with pool
bar, garden and playground. The restaurant has two open air terraces
- to the street and to the inner yard.
On
floors 1-4 there are 15 apartments on each floor – 1 single-room, 13
double room, 1 triple-room. The kitchenette is equipped with
built-in elements and a bar plot separates it from the living room.
The living room is separated into area with a table and chairs and
area with sofa. In the bedroom except the beds there is a sofa that
turns into bed for two children. The rooms are air-conditioned, with
cable TV, telephones etc. The bathrooms are with boilers with option
to connect with central system for hot water.
On floor
5 (elev. 15.80) there are two double room luxurious apartments with
big terraces with Jacuzzi etc.
The
building is thermally isolated.
The
landscape of Primorsko is unique with its variety and beauty. The
two vast sand beaches with clean and fine sand are surrounded with
picturesque dunes. The beaches have a total area of 1045 thousand
sq. m. The Northern one where the complex lies is not crowded due to
a few number of tourist places nearby.
Primorsko is situated on a
picturesque peninsula between the beautiful Stamopolu Bay and
Diavolski Bay. It is some 50 km. South of Burgas. A coastal panorama
road connects the town with the Black Sea towns and resorts – Kiten,
Dyuni, Sozopol, Burgas, Nesebar, Varna etc. The town is 60 km away
from the Sarafovo International Airport and 6 km from a small-plane
local airport (track length – 950 m.).
In the vicinity of
Primorsko are the world famous reserves Ropotamo, Water Lilies,
Arkutino, Stamopolu, Perla Dunes. Other landmarks are the rock
figures Lion Head and the Seal Cave at Maslen Cape. Very interesting
is the ancient way of the birds Via Pontica that proves Primorsko as
very ecologically clean. Other tourist attractions are the ruins of
the ancient Azine fortress, Thracian remains of IV c.b.c. and the
ruins of St. Paraskeva pre-Christian chapel.
The
climate is transitional from continental to subtropical with minimal
rain in summer. Average July temperature is 27°C but frequently is
30-33°C. Sea water in summer is warm, calm and clean, avg.
temperature 25-26°C. The bottom of the sea is even, sandy. Sunny
weather is prevailing in the period April-October. Unique
combination of sea and oak and beech forest.
Construction
will start on 1 Oct
2005 and is expected to finish on 31 May 2007.
