The Complex is located 150 m from the sea in the Sv. Nikola
Area of Varna, close to the renowned resort of Golden Sands.
Both blocks are built in a way that every flat has a
panoramic view to the sea. The
dining rooms and bedrooms of the apartments orientated southwest.
A recreation zone with spacious terrace,
pool and sport facilities are going to be built between the
blocks. The south part of the complex is a green zone area.
The complex will be completed
on March 2007, and the standard of construction will be as
