- 30% of the asking price when the second concrete floor is completed;
- 30% of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued;
- 10% of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received.

Plan 2: % discount subject to agreement
- 90% of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract;
- 10% of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received.
