Location: The complex "Vista Del Mar
II" is located north from the road connecting Sunny
Beach and Saint Vlas resorts, from the main road there is a private road
leading to the complex parking lot. The natural incline of the land to the
south and the magnificent views to the sea make this 2.85dka plot extremely
suitable for building of vocational houses and apartments.
The air currents between
the sea and the mountain valley in this area are creating an unprecedented
natural microclimate. This is why in the vicinity to the complex there is a
spa center healing lung and bone joints illnesses.
The Project is designed
to comply with the characteristics of the region ad the plot. The
amphitheater construction of the complex and its X- shape reveal an
open view to the sea from each apartment. At the front south part of the
complex there are going go be built pools, terraces, restaurants, open space
bars and shops. There is an idea of building a small recreation center with
a Jacuzzi, fitness and sauna.
The apartments will be
luxurious and designed in a way making best use of the living area.
The five entrances A , B
, C , D and K are accessible for cars. Triple elevator system leads to each
floor.
The architecture of the
building will be close to traditional style of the houses in Nessebar. Wood,
stones and other natural products will be used to give a character and charm
to the 5 levels steel frame construction. The outside walls will be bricks
built and the inner walls will be bricked, plaster boarded and very well
insulated. The vertical structure of the complex will allow a lot of green
areas, like small gardens wit benches, places for children etc. There will
be a small open parking in front the complex with access to entrances and to
the main road. The main entrance is going to be very attractive with
characteristic columns as you can see on the 3D pictures. All of the 74
apartments will come with a kitchen unit, dining room with a terrace
pointing to the sea and a bathroom. The two bedroom apartments have a
separate toilet.
The access of the
complex will be monitored via CCTV.
